Furnished room, Danderyd – available immediately Rent: 2,500 SEK/month Location: 5 minutes to the bus stop (direct connection to Danderyd Hospital/T-bana). Free parking available. The room: You'll have your own private bedroom. Note that the room is on the lower floor of the house — there's a staircase down to it. Shared spaces: Kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, shared with an 80+ year old woman. She is friendly but has dementia, which may occasionally cause irritation — she usually calms down once she's familiar with you. Another lodger may occupy a separate bedroom in the house. House rules: No smoking, alcohol, or pets. Viewing & contract: Visit in person to inspect the room. The resident will show you around. If you're satisfied, you'll sign a digital contract. Payment: A deposit (one month's rent) is due before move-in. Rent is paid in advance via Wise, before the last day of each month.
