The room offers a high degree of privacy. You will have your own toilet, but the kitchen and the shower need to be shared with us. We are a quiet couple and are looking for a non-smoking and calm tenant. The rent is 5600 SEK/month, including electricity, internet, water, and heating. Deposit will be requested when signing the contract. The room is about 22 sqm in size and will be rented out to one person only. Registration at the address is possible if needed. The apartment consists of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, guest toilet, glazed balcony, and integrated wardrobes.
